Refund Policy

Physical Products (Jewelry & Clothing)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. To exercise this right, please contact us at auratao@outlook.com before returning the item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Digital Products (Analysis Reports)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal (where applicable under EU law) upon immediate access to the digital content.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

Digital products (fortune reports) are non-refundable once delivered.
