Shipping Policy

Physical Products (Jewelry & Clothing)

We ship internationally, including to the United States and European Union countries.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Other regions: 15–25 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Digital Products (Analysis Reports)

Digital products are delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your download link or access instructions. No physical shipping is involved.
